Poor customer service. Rude staff. Placed order and received no confirmation. Had to call to find status. 45 minutes on hold. Add comment

"I have made at least 10 to 15 attempts trying to get them to take back my mattress. When we received it it had a dip in one side. We contacted them and they asked for pictures. We took pictures. Then they asked for more pictures and then more pictures. I called him on the phone I told him I 80-year-old father was trying to sleep on this and have a backache. I asked him to send somebody out to look at it. But they refused. We still have not got a replacement mattress. I would never buy from this company." Read more

I ordered a Plantronics wireless headset and was not informed of any delay in processing my order. After a week and after my account was charged I called for a status and was told it is on "Manufactures back order" and it would be in the next week-next week same story-next week same story. After 4 weeks I cancelled the order. I don't think they can even get these devises, all they want is your money!Their customer service representatives are rude and will tell you anything to get you off the phone, when I told them I was promised last week all... I purchased two Makita Drill rechargeable batteries costing over $52. When I tried to recharge the batteries, they would not recharge, but tripped the charger breaker. My old batteries still work and recharge correctly. Two telephone calls to Factory Outlet Store and I was told by the Manager named Tracy, that the batteries were past 30 days and I was pretty much out of luck. Ordered a product. During the order process a pop up ad appeared telling me to call a number to "claim a $25 Visa gift card for your order today". Blocked the ad, finished the order process. Ad was again on the page. I called the number and instantly was asked lots of information. I told the person I first wanted to know about the gift card, was hung up on. Called prior to placing order to confirm water filter for refrigerator was in fact made by LG. They confirmed it was. I ordered the filters and got other than LG made refrigerator filters. Called Customer Service and they hung up. Emailed them and did not get any response. Clearly, it is intentional to indicate product is LG when it is not. I do not wish to use after market filters for concern that they could cause problems or have contaminants that could harm family. Do not do business with You will be dissapointed. Read more

Twice I have ordered 5" screen savers for a Lowrance 5" screen fish finder. Twice I have gotten a screen saver for a CELL PHONE!! After receiving the first cell phone saver, called and they said they would "Refund" my card. Two days later, I placed another order for Lowrance 5" screen savers. Just received the second screen saver for a Cell Phone. I ordered a supposedly OEM relplacment battery for a Samsung note cellular phone at the price of $20.00. They sent me a knock-off battery which cost $12.85 on their own website. I called customer sevice and was told to just throw the battery away and a refund would be forthcoming. HA, GOOD LUCK WITH THAT. Sometimes paying a little more at a reputable site is the way to go. I had the unfortunate experience of ordering a power supply to replace a Toshiba PA5034U-1ACA for my Toshiba laptop. The inferior Chinese after market replacement from didn't even come close to being a good fit. To add more insult to injury FOS had the unmitigated gall to charge me a restock fee when I returned it. In addition I had to pay shipping charges both coming and going. I will never buy anything from these folks again. Read more
