On 4/18/15 I ordered a trolling motor for $300. On 4/20/15 I check the order to find that it was canceled. Customer service told me that there was a problem with the credit card that I've been using for many years without problems. I was advised to reorder. After receiving 2 wrong batteries i finally received , i thought, the one i ordered. Not...not samsung. Made in China. Never charged in my phone. Have been told i will get a refund. Add comment

I SPECIFICALLY searched for a GE SMART WATER filter and THEY SHOW IT, EXACT model the photo they display and click on that you want it. I Ordered the wrong product. I emailed them asking the best way to return and upgrade what I had bought. They sent me the instructions. The next day, I followed the instructions to the tee. I later got a refund less $60! And that was after I paid $20 to return it to them. The customer service line was a dead end...no response. It posts the picture of Samsung water filter but shipped the cheap brand. Contact them multiple times, Tracy Carter, she comes to agreement to refund the restock fee but never did. They tried to push it over 90 day and saying that they can't do anything with order over 90 days. Their return policy is: Any return or exchange will be charged 15% restock fee.
