I Ordered the wrong product. I emailed them asking the best way to return and upgrade what I had bought. They sent me the instructions. The next day, I followed the instructions to the tee. I later got a refund less $60! And that was after I paid $20 to return it to them. The customer service line was a dead end...no response. It posts the picture of Samsung water filter but shipped the cheap brand. Contact them multiple times, Tracy Carter, she comes to agreement to refund the restock fee but never did. Placed order waited and checked site, called, out of stock no idea when re-stocked. Very un-friendly, very un-professional. Typical Indian call center long waits, lousy relations. Add comment

I was told the delivery would come between 10-2. I took off from work, (been there only two weeks) waited all day and all night, no show, no call!!!!!! Today, (the next day) call factory outlets, the department that deals with my issues is not in yet, you will get a call within 24 hours!!!!
