Ordered correct fish finder/chart plotter with transducer through website, checked out. email confirmation only had a picture and incomplete description with no item numbers. When item arrived, no transducer and they wanted $100 more for this key component. Add comment

Had roof racks returned Waited 3 months for payment even though they said it would be mailed within two business days. waited 25 minutes to talk to supervisor and instead got transferred to two other people waiting to talk to supervisor about their issues. FactoryOutletStore has to be by far the worst online buying experience I have ever had. I purchased a “Genuine Hewlett-Packard, Brand New Replacement Battery” for my laptop. Nightmare. Ordered original Norelco charger from them and got right brand with wrong connector to shaver, wrong shape, and capacity that was wrong output voltage (4.3 vs 15) and way less power output. Order Panasonic KX-TG4734B with 4 Handset Cordless Phone at $76.95 on 6/13/2014. Received on 6/21/2014. The company sent a refurbished product, which I didn't order. 4 handsets, but missing one charger. Sent back the entire package on 6/23/2014 and paid UPS shipping of $15.87. I ordered batteries for my wife's Samsung Phone (A867) and was sent the wrong batteries. (Too big). I sent them back and to my surprise they were sent back to me again. (The same batteries). HORRIBLE customer service experience. After they made a mistake on the shipping label it took them 10 days to respond myself and they still didn't get it fixed so UPS sent my shipment back to them! I offered to pay for another order but needed it overnighted. They wanted to charge me $139.86 plus for OVERNIGHT!? They screwed it up!?
