I ordered batteries for my wife's Samsung Phone (A867) and was sent the wrong batteries. (Too big). I sent them back and to my surprise they were sent back to me again. (The same batteries). After talking to Customer Service, I spent money to return these batteries and to get them back again was a real disappointment. HORRIBLE customer service experience. After they made a mistake on the shipping label it took them 10 days to respond myself and they still didn't get it fixed so UPS sent my shipment back to them! I offered to pay for another order but needed it overnighted. They wanted to charge me $139.86 plus for OVERNIGHT!? They screwed it up!? All the complaints about terrible customer service you'll read about on this site are probably true. They don't honor their extended warranty...they were supposed to do a full replacement if the phone has a problem within the 4 year extended warranty. They put you on hold when you call with a problem and don't get back to you. They NEVER return a call, even when they promise to. ... Read more

We ordered a certain doggy door but received something totally different. After holding on the line for quite sometime we were assured we would receive the correct one.
