Very disappointed in trying to get ahold of them.

The salesperson sold me a minn kota motor an sold me a footpedal with the motor which I wanted but the footpedal is not compatible with the motor an I've been trying to get ahold of them for almost a week now. I don't feel I should have to pay for shipping to send it back as it wasn't my fault. They need to train there sales people to know there products.

Never received shipment

I placed an order for Stanly like cups . Never received the order . They sent tracking number (without specifying which company they used to ship) and it said delivered . Never received anything . The customer service just sends email that says check with your post office . Have no honored my request for a refund . Do not order !!!

Ordered an outdoor table and chairs the end of June. Went in for surgery after coming out and realizing that we had never gotten it after two months. Tried to get in touch with them and they are no longer available. It was during their factory outlet days special they were running. They charged me the $50 and I never received the product. Ive emailed the company several times to no avail.

Horrible Service, Policies, Procedures and Practices

1 - Ordered a "new" transmitter (Dogtra) to replace my lost one on 11APR23 and received the order on 14APR23.

2 - The "new" transmitter was not in original packing and only placed into a manila bubble wrap envelope with a packing list.

3 - The "new" transmitter was defective upon receipt (the second/middle digit that indicates power levels did not work).

4 - Called FactoryOutletStore.com (FOS) to request a new transmitter and was told they could NOT send a new one until the old was received by them first. So...

Due to THEIR error (shipping a questionably "new" item that didn't work correctly), I was now going to be forced to be without a transmitter until they get the old one back.

5 - I asked for them to ship new one while I kept the old one. Upon receipt of properly operating transmitter, I would return their defective one (in order to maintain training for my me and my dog). NOPE! Their "process" won't allow them to ship me a properly working item while I still kept the one they sent earlier, unless...

I pay for a new one FIRST! In other words... I have to literally pay for their mistake.

6 - They had all my payment information (and could have charged me if I decided to keep the inoperative transmitter (Why I would do that, I have NO idea.) and they were going to send a return shipment label for the broken one (so they had the means to track the return)... NOPE!

7 - I went from the guy that answers the 800 number to "Scarlett" (that sounded more Hindi than American) in "escalations" to "Jane" (Scarlett's Hindi neighbor) and still got nowhere.

8 - Their business practices are simply wrong.

If you ship someone a POS item, then you need to make it right.

I will NEVER do business with these people and I cannot recommend them for ANYONE - unless you like getting screwed over.

Tip for consumers:

I truly have nothing good to say about the business practices of this company. They know they're wrong and only want your money.

I order a fridge from factory outlet than called the company to verify and get a date to be shipped and was informed that they do not sell that items at that vendor.
