Didn't have what I ordered now I have to fight for a refund

I ordered a replacement transmitter for my invisible dog Fence. They were able to see a previous order and part number for one I had bought from Radio Fence. I paid extra for two day shipping as my Fence didn't work. When it didn't arrive I called. They said our address was bad and they needed to confirm it but we hadn't returned their call. (I confirmed the address when I ordered and they had it from a previous order!) So, they waited two days to ship it and did on a Thursday, which meant I didn't get it until Monday (6 days later). The item they sent WAS NOT what I needed (not the part number I ordered, or that was on my previous order) after waiting six days and paying extra for shipping. I called. They said they didn't carry the part I needed and I could return what they sent for a refund. I wanted a full refund,including shipping but had to be transferred to another party to get this approved. They did approve it, so I sent the items back at a cost of $10 to me. Now, I see they issued a refund but it was over $40 short, and an amount that had nothing to do with what I was charged. So, I now have to call again and argue to try to get a full refund. Obviously, the sales staff was clueless on what I ordered/needed and couldn't match the part number but sent something anyway!

30 day money back guarantee misleading. There is no guarantee, you pay shipping both ways and a 15% restocking fee if you return something. I am $40 in the minus for a GPS returned. They should be up front what the Guarantee is, not hide it in the small print. The web site is misleading, they have had a 2 day sale now for a month. Going to cut my losses and go to Costco, it’s only a few dollars more for the unit I was looking at. I would be ahead with my $$$ it I didn’t do business with Factory Outlet Store.com in the first place.

They lied about having the product, shipped a partial order of the WRONG product, and the charged a "re-stocking" fee which was greater than was published. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I am not about to write 100 words. I ordered a Magellan GPS online advertised as in stock after 2 weeks I called it was on back order.so I cancelled the order and reordered when I saw it was saying in stock on line.This time I called to order clerk claimed it was in stock, after another week I called clerk then say's it's on back order she never said it was on back order when she took the order. web sight still say's in stock.this is poor business practice. I use GPS in my work and needed a new one. I will never use them again.can't count on them.

I ordered a Garmin GPS unit from the FactoryOutletStore.coms website. It was by all accounts described and listed as manufacturer new. What I was sent and received was a used model completely different from what I ordered. The package alone they sent me was tattered and retaped. They should be embarrassed to do business this way. I've since reached out to them no less than 15 times and they have given me the run around for two months trying to avoid paying me a refund. This company should be avoided at all costs. WORST EXPERIENCE AS A CONSUMER I HAVE EVER HAD!

I Bought a $240 Oral B toothbrush for my Husband for Fathers day. I WAS DEFECTIVE. It took me 4 phone calls 2 to supervisors before they would issue me a pre paid label; they kept telling me I had to pay to return it. I told them I was not paying for the return of a defective product. They finally sent the tag, I returned the product, got proof of delivery ON JULY 8, only to find out they still charged me $49 return fee. I was told twice I would have both credits within 24/48 hours. EVERY TIME I CALL I GET THE SAME FOREIGN SPEAKING PERSON I CAN HARDLY UNDERSTAND TELLING ME THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER AND REFUSING OR PULLING SOME LIE ABOUT SUPERVISORS NOT BEING AVAILABLE. YEA THEY ARE PROBABLY TALKING TO PEOPLE LIKE ME! Today I was supposed to get a call back from a Supervisor IT HAS BEEN 4 HOURS AND NOTHING. I AM GOING TO MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY RIGHT NOW.

Horrible Experience

I called FactoryOutletstore.com to inquire as to how long it would be to receive a Garmin GPS device which was on backorder. I was transferred to a foreign call center, and was told they could ship the item by the end of this week. I thanked the agent for the information, and was about to hang up when he told me he could place the order over the phone. I indicated I would place it online, and he became defensive and told me it would take another week longer to ship. When I challenged him on why it takes longer to ship for an online order, he became more defensive. I told him "this doesn't make any sense". He immediately transferred my call to some 1-800 number which was for a company called Value Plus, an automated phone number for Walmart gift card. I will never try to do business with this company again."

Ordered a product which they represented as having. Got the order receipt in an email and my Credit Card was charged. Then nothing, no arrival of the product for several days, no status emails, and no notice it had shipped. Paid extra for 2 day shipping, two days after the order I requested a status, got a quick response that it was backordered for 7 to 10 days. I inquired as to why my credit card was charged when they do not have the item and had not provided any status update regarding the item being back ordered, I got no response. 15 days later still no product and still not response as to why they charged the card. I do lots of business with lots of vendors and this is the only one that has ever "pre- charged" for an Item they do not really have.

The exact same thing happened to me. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

Everything they sale is advertised as in stock. I would bet they don't have any items in stock at their location.

We ordered water filters for our refrigerator on June 18, 2015. The company indicated that they would ship the product in 2-5 business days. Now almost a month later and two frustrating phone calls to a foreign customer service company, I'm still without the order. They keep indicating that they order will come in next week. I feel like I'm in a bad version of Annie...tomorrow...tomorrow...I am going to cancel the order and dispute the charge if it comes through. They never called, never communicated, never e-mailed, it was awful. I will not order through them again.

Not happy

The website advertised that my Nike tomtom watch came with a foot sensor, but i just received the package (after it was backordered and no one told me) and there is NO foot sensor! There is even a sticket on the box that reads "no pod" indicating that someone should have put a sensor in my package. I called and they said I have to send the entire thing back, no way. Now I regret buying warranty through them because I do not trust them. Also, now I have to go buy a foot sensor so my watch can actually work. The watch looks new, which is good.

Ordered I believe were original Samsung water filters for my fridge. Turned out got knock-off brand WaterSentinel shipped. Website showed only Samsung logo and Samsung part numbers, no mentioning on the website and on the order of the WaterSentinel brand name (no disclaimers either). Try to do a search of WaterSentinel WSS-1 (the actual filters I got shipped) on their web-site, it will show up "no results" however a search for Samsung water filters will show results. Furthermore Samsung water filter specs are being advertised on Factoryoutletstore's page, which I cannot get confirmed for the WaterSentinel WSS-1 filters I received. I thought I paid good price for some original Samsung water filters, ended up paying 50% more than for I knock-off as offered on other sites. Be aware !! you are not paying for an original Samsung water filter, you are paying too much for a knockoff, very deceiving!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY...THEY ARE CROOKS!!! I needed battery for my HP laptop and checked HP's website for instructions to get correct battery. Wesite says not only is model/number needed but also the product number. I checked the website for Factory Outlet and found battery showing nodel number but no where was product number referenced. I called for help. After providing laptop model number and product number the rep said battery would work. It did not and now I must pay return shipping and a processing fee. The company's rep. screwed up order and now I must pay for mistake. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Item not as described then sent unauthorized replacement

I thought I was purchasing a vibrating dog collar. However, it was also a shock collar which I did not want! I called, got an authorization to return and the sales person was insistent that I order another collar (vibrating only) at that time. I said I would like to wait and think about it. A couple of weeks later, they sent me another package, which I assume had a collar in it, that I had not authorized. I called, complained, and they tried to tell me that I had ordered it. I corrected this person and got the return authorization and told him I wanted a refund. I also told him that I wanted the return shipping, as well, as this was an unauthorized package. I was told that they could not do that. The purchase price has been refunded, but I have not yet received the 6.35 that I spent to return the product.
