I ordered a case for my gps. I got an email saying it was out of stock when the website says in stock.

I called and the stupid customer service said I ordered the wrong one. So he fixed the order for the right one for a higher price. When it came today, it was the wrong one. I called again and all the rep wanted to do was argue.

He said it would fit. I told him it was to big. He just continued to argue. I called him some bad names and hung up.

Then he emailed me a return form. On the form it says they will charge 15% plus the original shipping and I have to pay to send it back.

That will cost me about half the cost of what I ordered. I will never order from them again.
