I purchased replacement batteries for AT&T cordless phones. They shipped batteries for a comparable VTech phone.
I have used the VTech compatibles before and they don't last as long. When I asked if they had the right batteries in stock - the ones I ordered, the customer service rep obviously lied when he said they were probably out-of-stock and I was sent a compatible. He didn't have a clue if the ATT batteries were in stock or not. I want what I ordered.
Not surprised with the many complaints here.
Told a supervisor would get back to me in 24-48 hours. That alone says they don't care about customer service.
