I purchased a Motorguide Xi5 trolling motor. The delivery time was excellent and received item with no problems.

The problem was with the extended 2 year warranty.

The start date was when I bought the motor. Not an extended warraty. Not sure yet if this is a Factory outlet Store problem or the company providing the warranty. The first person I talked to about this at Factory Outlet Store took the info and said I would be called the next day.

No call the next day. I called and the rep told me to call the warranty company. I ask to speak with a supervior and was told one would call me back.

No call back yet. I should not have to call the warranty company to get this resovled very bad customer service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $70.

Preferred solution: Two year extended warranty.
