Water filter damaged and leaking.Won’t honor the product since it was over 30 days when we finally figured out it was the filter causing all the problems in the new fridge!
Horrible customer service! We had a certified whirlpool repairman come out and verify that this was the case. When we ordered the product they said that it would be here in two days and it took over two weeks to get here also. The customer service guy tried to blame the defective product on me.
He told me i damaged it when i stored it.We installed the filter immediately when we got it!
