Purchased three Samsung Refrigerator Water Filters from this company and they say right on the package that the filters are for my make and model of refrigerator. They are not.

They invite you to stock up and save so I did 40 days before my old filter was due to be replaced. Went to put the new filter in and it does not fit. It looks different and has different notches in than the one it was replacing. Their customer service sucks!

I am putting this into protest with my credit card company and I will tell anyone who will listen that this company is a disaster! On the photo, the green filter on the right is the old one that worked, while the one on the left is the new one that does not fit.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $50.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
