ORDERED THE BED ONLINE, SELECTED THE DELIVERY DATE. WE WERE MOVING TO A NEW HOME AND MY KING SIZE BED WOULD NOT FIT IN THE NEW ROOM SO I NEEDED THE BED TO BE DELIVERED ON THE MOVE IN DATE.
IT DIDN'T ARRIVE UNTIL ALMOST A MONTH LATER! IN THE MEANTIME, AFTER SEVERAL CALLS TO THEM TO COMPLAIN, THEY SENT AN AIR MATTRESS. I AM A 64 YEAR OLD WOMAN, GETTING UP AND DOWN FROM THE FLOOR ON AN AIR MATTRESS HAS DESTROYED MY BACK, I COVERED THAT THING WITH EVERY QUILT AND BLANKET I HAD IN THE HOUSE AND IT WAS STILL FREEZING WHEN I LAID ON IT. I WAS SICK FOR A MONTH WITH A HORRIBLE COLD.
FINALLY AFTER A MISERABLE MONTH OF WAITING, AN UNMARKED TRUCK ROLLED UP WITH TWO MEXICANS THAT BARELY SPOKE ENGLISH AND THEY DELIVERED THE BED. IT FELT LIKE A PILE OF ROCKS TO SLEEP ON. THE FREE GOODS PROMISED WERE NEVER DELIVERED. I'M SO UNHAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE.
STEER CLEAR OF THEM, THEY ARE BAD NEWS. GO TO A REPUTABLE DEALER AND PURCHASE YOUR BED, THIS WAS NO BARGAIN. I DON'T EVEN KNOW IF THIS IS A REAL BEAUTYREST MATTRESS.
I HAVE PURCHASED THEM ALL MY ADULT LIFE AND HAVE NEVER HAD ONE THAT FELT LIKE THIS. SO VERY DISAPPOINTED.
