Tried to order a watch. Received an email stating they had additional questions about my payment.
I called them and they wanted to know the individuals that lived at the shipping address and individual names with their phone numbers. I told them to ship it to the address..it shouldn't be that difficult. They said they would and then the next day I received another email where there was problems with the payment again. I called and they were still harassing me about the issues the night before.
They refused to ship it to the shipping address and told me it's because of "fraud.” They ended up shipping the watch to the billing address which was not agreed upon nor did they tell me until I called. They said they can’t ship it to a different address.
