WAS A PREVIOUS CUSTOMER AND GOT A EMAIL GIVING ME 10 PERCENT OF A VALENTINES PROMO AND WENT THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS AND ORDERED THE UNIT EVEN HAD MY CREDIT CARD CHARGED THEN GOT A CALL SAYING THEY CANCELED MY ORDER AND THE FIRST MANAGER WAS REALLY RUDE THEN CALL ATTORNY GENERAL'S OFFICE AND AM GOING TO WRITE A FORMAL INQUIRY THEN I EVEN CALLED BACK TO WORK SOMETHING OUT EVEN OFFERED TO SPLIT THE DIFFERENCE WITH THEM EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THERE MISTAKE AND BASICALLY WAS TOLD NOTHING WOULD HAPPEN TO THEM AND THAT THEY DEAL WITH THEM COMPLAINTS AND HAVE A SPECIAL MANAGER JUST TO HANDLE THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S SUBMISSIONS . WOULD NEVER EVER EVER GIVE THIS FAKE COMPANY A DIME EVER AGAIN .

Monetary Loss: $300.

Know your pain. This company has the worst customer service I've dealt with.

Rude is being nice and don't think for a minute they will actually try to help you. Especially if they make an error. Only site I know that makes you pay the shipping back to them, even when they make the error.

Would never do business with them and recommend to anyone thinking about using them to stay completely away. Find a sports site to order from, don't use them because they don't seem to care and make you pay for returns when they have made the mistake.
