I placed an order for a Norelco electric razor from Norelco Factory Outlet.Presented as a gift, the quality and design were not as expected.

I called the company and was told I had to pay return shipping cost which I did pay for $5+. One month later I rec'd a credit for $18.04 less than the amount I paid. I was charged a 15% re-stocking fee + $8.06 (what was supposed to be free shipping to me). Total loss to me was $23.85 for an item I no longer have or need.

Total cost of the shave to begin with was $66.95. Calls to their customer service were answered with monotone repeated words "that the refund was issued according to company policy re-stocking directives".

Stay away from this locally and return what you don't want withour losing 25% of your money.Site is a scam....
