I purchased the Plantronics Voyager 5200 based on the good reviews on different websites. The item was terrible.
Maybe I got a bad one? Very bad noise and the fit was very uncomfortable. Probably got a bad headset. It happens.
Started an RMA. Sent the item in on my own money. They seemed to have lost the item. After several calls and complaining over a months time, the item finally arrived.
It was probably just sitting at the return desk. Took over a month to get the refund minus a restocking fee . So my $150 headset that was defective, cost me $32.00. Very poor customer service.
The could care less if you are happy or not.
I will never buy from Factory Outlet Store ever again! Very disappointed!
