I made a purchase of a bedroom mattress set and the mattress was not up to standard it looked like it was a used Mattress and I asked for an exchange a simple exchange the representative said that she was going to exchange the mattress send somebody out to come to see the mattress I took pictures I gave her pictures she came they took pictures and so now I'm having a hard time to even contact people I'm not satisfied at all I need some help to simply exchange the mattress for new mattress that I purchase if you can help me thank you
Think I have been scammed. Can't find anyone to answer my questions without wanting to charge $45 for information on my order. I think this is a scam because all sources leads to the same people.

I bought a bag from factory outlet in Sumter South Carolina and the strap pop. I went for an exchange and they want make it good because it has past fifteen days.
Everyone does not read store policy and they need to change that rule.
I will not purchase another bag from them. They do not show good costumer services
