Checking on order status

I placed an order on September 14th 2023 and haven't received a tracking number as yet. 13th.

As you can see how long it has been since I ordered. Not even an email

I would deeply appreciate it if someone can assist me in this matter.

Horrible Service, Policies, Procedures and Practices

1 - Ordered a "new" transmitter (Dogtra) to replace my lost one on 11APR23 and received the order on 14APR23.

2 - The "new" transmitter was not in original packing and only placed into a manila bubble wrap envelope with a packing list.

3 - The "new" transmitter was defective upon receipt (the second/middle digit that indicates power levels did not work).

4 - Called FactoryOutletStore.com (FOS) to request a new transmitter and was told they could NOT send a new one until the old was received by them first. So...

Due to THEIR error (shipping a questionably "new" item that didn't work correctly), I was now going to be forced to be without a transmitter until they get the old one back.

5 - I asked for them to ship new one while I kept the old one. Upon receipt of properly operating transmitter, I would return their defective one (in order to maintain training for my me and my dog). NOPE! Their "process" won't allow them to ship me a properly working item while I still kept the one they sent earlier, unless...

I pay for a new one FIRST! In other words... I have to literally pay for their mistake.

6 - They had all my payment information (and could have charged me if I decided to keep the inoperative transmitter (Why I would do that, I have NO idea.) and they were going to send a return shipment label for the broken one (so they had the means to track the return)... NOPE!

7 - I went from the guy that answers the 800 number to "Scarlett" (that sounded more Hindi than American) in "escalations" to "Jane" (Scarlett's Hindi neighbor) and still got nowhere.

8 - Their business practices are simply wrong.

If you ship someone a POS item, then you need to make it right.

I will NEVER do business with these people and I cannot recommend them for ANYONE - unless you like getting screwed over.

Tip for consumers:

I truly have nothing good to say about the business practices of this company. They know they're wrong and only want your money.

Cancel order

I order a fridge from factory outlet than called the company to verify and get a date to be shipped and was informed that they do not sell that items at that vendor. Im trying to get my mo way back and believe that I h e been scammed and would like to also report the company that is doing this fraudulent behavior

Hard you all scamming people don't get there orders clothes are not the size you send I don't wanna send my money to you all if the close don't fit and scammers you don't have a good review at all I would like my refund back the clothes you have are not the size people ordered so I don't wanna make that mistake thank you

Poor service

Ordered 3 black electric scooters for a Father's day special gift.The bank said this site is a scam. I have requested them to call me so I could have a conversation with a human being,instead of the text messages. I have asked them over and over again for help in resolving this matter with no response.

I NEED TO HAVE MY UNIDEN MODEL UDR744 MONTOR REPAIRED.

MY MONTOR WILL NOT PICK UP ALL MY CAMERAS. I CANT GET INTO IT TO CHANGE THE SETTINGS.THE MONTOR ONLY SHOWS TWO CAMERAS.

Bad service

I did not receive good customer service with a return. -0 on rating.

Terriblethe representative that I ordered Panasonic fans from told me the I needed ventilation kits with each one..sold me 3 that are useless and now Factory Outlet will not honor my return.

$1,400.00+ of something I cant use. Do not shop with this outfit..their customer service is so lacking

What idiot would send out electronic devices without an operation manual?

Instead they send a scramble bock with a code to scan. I guess I should have ordered a scanner too.

But then what happens? I still have to find some way to print the stupid thing. Did anyone give these people an intelligence check to see if they are capable of even thinking? I bet the decision to not send manuals goes a ways up the food chain tho.

THEN I WOULD ASK THE SAME QUESTIONS ONLY BIGGER AND LOUDER BECAUSE THEY ARE ONLY ONTERESTED IN THE MONEY NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE, & THEN THE PEOPLE WHO DO ALL THE WORK GET THE GUFF. Oh yes!!

now they ask for me to judge and rate the service and product but I don't even know how to rate the damn thing cause I can't ture it or or know how to operate it! It just gets better & better!

Still haven't received my product

I bought a clothes closet for my bedroom. They took my money about a month ago and I still haven't received it.

I want to know where it is at. If they can't ship it then I prefer my money to be put back in my bank. I called the phone number they listed and it's not in service.

I want this taken care of now. Thank you email me and give me confirmation.they never send a receipt

Cancelled order

I ordered a microwave, took 3 days to tell me that it was not yet available. The website page and ordering page said that it was in stock. Do not order from them.....cancelled order waiting on refund.
