MY MONTOR WILL NOT PICK UP ALL MY CAMERAS. I CANT GET INTO IT TO CHANGE THE SETTINGS.THE MONTOR ONLY SHOWS TWO CAMERAS.
Bad service
I did not receive good customer service with a return. -0 on rating.
Terriblethe representative that I ordered Panasonic fans from told me the I needed ventilation kits with each one..sold me 3 that are useless and now Factory Outlet will not honor my return.
$1,400.00+ of something I cant use. Do not shop with this outfit..their customer service is so lacking

Poor product & customer support.
What idiot would send out electronic devices without an operation manual?
Instead they send a scramble bock with a code to scan. I guess I should have ordered a scanner too.
But then what happens? I still have to find some way to print the stupid thing. Did anyone give these people an intelligence check to see if they are capable of even thinking? I bet the decision to not send manuals goes a ways up the food chain tho.
THEN I WOULD ASK THE SAME QUESTIONS ONLY BIGGER AND LOUDER BECAUSE THEY ARE ONLY ONTERESTED IN THE MONEY NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE, & THEN THE PEOPLE WHO DO ALL THE WORK GET THE GUFF. Oh yes!!
now they ask for me to judge and rate the service and product but I don't even know how to rate the damn thing cause I can't ture it or or know how to operate it! It just gets better & better!

Still haven't received my product
I bought a clothes closet for my bedroom. They took my money about a month ago and I still haven't received it.
I want to know where it is at. If they can't ship it then I prefer my money to be put back in my bank. I called the phone number they listed and it's not in service.
I want this taken care of now. Thank you email me and give me confirmation.they never send a receipt

I ordered a microwave, took 3 days to tell me that it was not yet available. The website page and ordering page said that it was in stock. Do not order from them.....cancelled order waiting on refund.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. first told me they require a stocking fee, I told them no, they would be giving me all my money or I would be filing with the ftc for fraud.
They is against federal trade laws to sell unlicensed software. Was then told she would wave restocking fees.
She wanted me to change my review before I was given my refund. I said No..
Purchased a Rand McNally tablet 85. It had no license for software with it.
It would not work for any of the programs. Called to get help and was told I need to go to the people who handle the license.
Was told they would send an email with RMA, never got one. Reporting them to FCC for selling item without proper licensing for software

Terrible customer service and lack of knowledge.
Ordered one of their kits, a hummingbird locator and ram mount, and guess what? The ram mount doesnt fit the locator bracket!!!!
Tried numerous times to get the matter resolved, but they refused to help. Used everything else as an excuse, simply because they have no knowledge of their products they sell!!!!!

Verified ReviewerI have attempted to buy an original water filter for my Samsung refridgerater that is 10 years old. They have changed the filter and they keep billing me for the changed filter that does not fit.
Why do you keep sending me the updated water filter for my 10 year old Samsung refrigerator when it has been upgraded and simply does not fit. You won't give me a shipping label to return it.
A very bad policy that will in time damage your business. Management should talk to me.1 21*-887-****

Our phones got misplaced during the holiday
our phones got misplaced during the holiday....they say searching...
i unpluged all the outlets and waited 24 hours and replaced the phones but it still says searching.

Please Note, that I have cancelled my #FOSxxxxxxx placed April 2, 2021 for the Fusion Black Box that was promised to be shipped in 1 to 3 days and was ex stock. It is now April 11, I have yet to receive official notification from Factory Outlet Store on when the order is to be shipped.
My buying experience with Factory Outlet Store is miserable. I have had my boat in a work shop and your delay in delivery of the Fusion Black box has cost additional charges at the work shop.

3-pack Norelco shaver heads, $29.95. UPS didn't recognize the tracking number, odd in any case - package is 4x4x0.75" and mailed (free) in a USPS envelope.
Arrived a week early, no complaint there. __Note: heads listed for $7.95 are knockoffs (don't claim to be original equipment), pull &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; pinch like used right out of the box, while these are Norelco down to the tiniest detail. __BUT THAT SAID, I instantly started getting 2-3 emails a day from them. And my spam file exploded from 8-10/day to 50-100 ...
worse yet, some from my own address, which means ATT is probably going to shut down that account I've had for years. __Aside, BBB says this is the same as iSave, leading Walmart/Amazon vendor of these for $6 more, but they do seem to get fewer bad reviews.

I have waited months for my cannon uni troll 5 to be delivered. I called customer service and was told that it is on back order.
I was also told that if I upgrade to the cannon uni troll 10 I would receive it in 7-10 days since it was in stock. I am now told the it too is on back order and it is unknown when I will receive it.
Dishonest upsale and unethical customer service. Buy elsewhere!
