"I have made at least 10 to 15 attempts trying to get them to take back my mattress. When we received it it had a dip in one side.

We contacted them and they asked for pictures. We took pictures. Then they asked for more pictures and then more pictures. I called him on the phone I told him I 80-year-old father was trying to sleep on this and have a backache.

I asked him to send somebody out to look at it. But they refused.

We still have not got a replacement mattress. I would never buy from this company."

Never got a call to fix this problem. Never never never do business with Factiry outlet or Serta.
