I went to the AT&T site for a power adapted for my phone. It directed me to the FOS.
I could not find the item on the web site, so I called. Told the clerk the model # of my AT&T phone. They charged $21.95 for the adapter. When it came.
it was a Panasonic adapter, and did not fit my phone. I called, and was told that they do NOT SELL adapters for my AT&T phone, but I could return it.
Spent $6.10 returning it, and now see that the subtracted $6.29 from the refund. SO:
They sent me the wrong item, despite a clear request, and then charged me for shipping, effectively, both ways.
