I ordered a 2 pack EDR2RX1 filters from them, they sent me 2 Whirlpool WF645 filters. I called them to tell them they sent the wrong filters.They said they would credit $5 for the return shipping fee.

I returned the item via USPS for $7.60, provided them with the copy of the receipt of the transaction. Now they refuse to pay for the shipping return fee, they want to give me a coupon of 10% off on my next purchase with them . I cannot think of any reason why I would want to deal with this company again. I think they are untrustworthy.

I think their business practices are appalling.

I have never seen such blatant unfairness in my life. That is not a way to do business.!

They said they would refund the $7.60. As of today it has not happened yet.
