After buying a xi5 with sonar and GPS for the plug and play to my Lowrance units.after installation the trolling motor would not sync to my Lowrance has units. After numerous calls to tech support they finally told me to take it to an authorized dealer.

After 5 weeks of my boat being in there shop they decided it needed a software update.I was told to use my boat and they would get the equipment to preform the work. Now over two weeks later motor guide still has not sent the equipment but now it's lowrance's problem.

Should have stuck with Minkota but now they will not accept my return since it has been over 30 days. What a joke sell a defective product and make the customer suffer.
