Factory Outlet Store - Worst Customer Service I've Ever Seen
All the complaints about terrible customer service you'll read about on this site
are probably true. They don't honor their extended warranty...they were supposed to do a full replacement if the phone has a problem within the 4 year extended warranty. They put you on hold when you call with a problem and don't get back to you. They NEVER return a call, even when they promise to.
They've had my phone for 2 months now. It's still not repaired or replaced.
NEVER do business with FactoryOutletStore.com. If there's a problem, you will not be happy. Pay extra and get the phone from your carrier.
