I ordered a power cord for a Garman 205W GPS. I received a totally different and unuseable cord 10 days later on the day before I was leaving for an extended trip.

I called customer service as soon as I opened the package.

The person sounded like she was on the opposite side of the world, had extremely poor English and was extremely difficult to understand. After many request to repeat what she was saying I found out what I ordered was out of stock so they shipped a substitute. She would send the authorization and what I needed to return my item.

That never came. I will also file a complaint with my State's Attorney General.
